What we ask
Every question kudoSnap sends, and the facet each one feeds. Nothing is held back โ if it isn't here, we don't ask it. The reasoning behind the structure is on the framework and what it's built on.
Delivery
How you get things done, and get them right.
Execution โ The Forge

- Who would you trust to make the call when nobody agrees?
- Who do you trust to pick right when both options look good?
- Who cuts through indecision and picks a path?

Untangling โ The Key

- Who's best at seeing what's coming next?
- Who zooms out when everyone's stuck in the weeds?

Wildcards
Roughly one question in ten. No facet, no card, no effect on anything โ they exist because a fortnight of nothing but competence is a long fortnight. A sample:

- Who has the most infectious laugh?
- Who makes Slack threads actually fun to read?
- Who would absolutely crush it on a reality TV show?
- Who gives the best snack recommendations?
- Who would you road-trip cross-country with?
Questions are added and retired as we learn which ones people answer and which ones they skip. Every change is versioned, and a retired question stops being asked without erasing what it already collected. Questions about any of this: hello@kudosnap.com.
